Shipping & Returns

CLICK AND COLLECT POLICY

We are currently working on our postal services, this is all new to us and we hope we can add these new features soon to help keep you safe.

We have set up a click and collect service for our customers so we are able to continue trading during this pandemic. 

Once we have received notification of your order, our staff will locate and carefully package your products so you can collect them from us as soon as possible.

When it is time to collect your purchases, you will receive an email from us to let you know your products are ready for collection. You will need to provide proof of purchase.

Covid-19 restrictions for your click and collect order - We have set up a collection area at the front of the gift shop where a member of staff will check your order details. Your purchases will then be brought out and left in our collection box for a contactless visit.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Thank you for shopping at Floralands At Lambley.

 

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

 

Returns:

You have 30 days to return an item from the date you collected/received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be with original tags and packaging.

You will also need to have the receipt or proof of purchase email.      

 

All returns will be held in quarantine for a minimum of 72 hours before being put for re-sale.

 

Due to current Covid-19 restrictions, we ask for your help at this time so we can keep our customer service as efficient as possible.

Should you wish to return an item, please email us prior to it’s return stating your reasons why.

If you think you may be unable to return the item within 30 days of purchase, please email us to make us aware of your reasons why and we will do our best to help.
